By using Dlearn ("service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Dlearn is an educational game for learning languages (currently English, Russian and German), with game elements such as coins, trophies, battles, leaderboards, a prize wheel and friends.

2. Registration and Account

To use certain features of the service, registration by email/password or with Google is required.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to give access to your account to third parties.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Code of Conduct

Offensive, inappropriate or misleading usernames are prohibited.
Cheats, bots, autoclickers or any other methods of gaining coins or trophies unfairly are prohibited.
Insulting other users in the friends section, battles or any other part of the service is prohibited.
Clicking on ads out of curiosity is fine, but you must not click on ads to generate revenue, encourage others to do so, or use automated means to click on or view ads.

4. Virtual Items and Prizes

Coins, trophies and other in-game items have no real monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are intended solely for use within the service. Some prize-wheel results (such as a discount, a trial lesson or merchandise) are promotional prizes issued by us at our discretion after you send us your claim code; they are not payment for your activity and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5. Referrals

Inviting friends through your personal link may earn you in-game coins. Creating fake accounts or otherwise abusing the referral system is prohibited and may lead to removal of the coins and suspension of the account.

6. Advertising

The service may display advertisements, including through Google AdSense, to keep the service free. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ad cookies are used.

7. Intellectual Property

All design elements, text, graphics and code of Dlearn are the property of its developers and are protected by law. Copying without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for any loss of game progress or virtual items.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
